CHRISTMAS SEASON BEGINS

Right after Thanksgiving is the time that Christmas begins. It's not just a day, but a season.

So we were still in Texas helping Ron and family put up his outdoor lights.

Gary is a big help here as you can see.

I didn't do much; I just look helpful.

Okay, now Gary is really doing a good job of helping. (Ron didn't fall.)

Then we exchanged our gifts with the family.

The whole family carried in this "heavy" TV box to surprise us. We were surprised all right when we opened it and found its contents were NOT a TV!

Old friends from our mission living or visiting in Houston came for a visit. How great it was to see them.

So it's time to leave after a wonderful two weeks with Ron, Danielle, and the girls.

Home to our own home and Christmas decorating.

This is the grown-up tree...

...and this is for the kid in me...Disney and my little train.

Santa at the church party was absolutely irrisistible. Don't tell Gary.

However Carina's little guys were a bit more skeptical.

I LOVE CHRISTMAS...and it's only begun!!
