Natalee, Sophie, Harrison, and Sam take the first jump into the pool for the season.
The water was so cold it took forever to melt ice cubes.
Thank goodness for the hot tub after the polar bear swim.
Melora finally gets her BD red velvet cake...her BD was in January. The frosting was perfect (for those of you who care about red velvet cake frosting. Gary even had his tape measure out...an inch thick.)
Not to be outdone when the girls didn't share the sidewalk chalk with which they drew their "town" all over the driveway and the street, the boys used the red rock for their designs.
So where's the picture of the chalk drawings? Well, Grandma was "asleep" on that one. Not only that, but the girls all did beautiful wooden crafts, and where are those pictures? Where IS Grandma anyway? In the doghouse for sure.
Wait!!! One craft item was left behind because Corinne did it for me...my watermelon key holder. Actually there are no keys hanging there, just some memorable key chains.
Does anyone in the family recognize this JC Penney 20 year old dress which has been clear across the US at least once? Natalee forgot her church clothes and chose this from my closet. What a doll!! It looked good on her because she has a waist.
The best time for the grandkids is when they all meet at Grandma and Grandpa's! And we love it too!
