FUN IN OREGON CITY

Before we left, something unusual happened. The hibiscus had two (count 'em) 2 blooms at the very same time. We enjoyed it for only a few hours before we drove away for the weekend, so we had to record it on film. So you think this plant gets a lot of attention? Absolutely! We aren't exactly in a tropical climate.

Now here's Ella...another little "flower" from the Grandparents' Garden...the very youngest. Her sweet personality is developing now. I think she's going to be a dainty little doll...unlike her sister who bounces off the wall. The rhyme was accidental, but appropriate.

Looking at Redden's BD card...he's 11 now as of the 14th.

Picture's a little blurry but #20 is Redden going in for the rebound. He made 6 points in his BB game on Saturday.

Austin and Gary in a light sabre battle, or more accurately a battle of wits or Gary wouldn't have been talked into getting off the couch where he was resting his foot.

Here I am with the whole family...Rich, Andrea, Redden, Austin, Jessi, and Ellla...good looking bunch, huh? I didn't have any ugly kids and certainly no ugly grandchildren.

The sad part of the whole weekend was when the battery died in the camera. There could have been so much more to post.
