RED SATURDAY

Tomatoes have taken over the garden. Now begins the battle to keep up the canning with the ripening.


Here's the old "a-peeling" dude who hands off to the....



...old "tomato" who cuts and jars and boils in anticipation of future salsa, spaghetti sauce, and winter soup.

Woohoo! We missed out on canning this year with the move, but Man do I remember the never ending tomatoes and the rush to keep up with the produce, haha. Doing great there!
