THE BEST REUNION EVER:The Birthday Party

Saturday, July 2, was the last day we were all together. This was my 70th birthday party...a little late but no kids were out of school and able to travel on May 31st. It's not so important what day we celebrated...only that we did.

I know! I know! You'd think a woman my age would outgrow the Mickey thing, but probably NEVER. Besides, my husband and kids just perpetuate it. I love it.

I missed one candle on the blow out...which indicated one boyfriend...very appropriate. He is my one and only!

Time for gifts:

Judi gave me Pampered Chef selections...here's a cutter for one of my favorite fruits. Melora and Keith had a puzzle made of a family collage.

Ron and Danielle: a blanket featuring snapshots from our cruise together last November.

Bobbi and Jonathan: Cute picture frame which I haven't filled yet (surely a family photo will work) and a huge box of almond roca which is half gone already.

Rich and Andrea: Many hours of enjoyment as I love to read.

A portrait of the two of us from my husband.

Pam and Jay: matching t-shirts which read: "Yes, they're fake; my real ones tried to kill me." This is the common thread which ties us together...Pam is also a mastectomy cancer survivor.
