We tried to find the Clothes Repair Shop in the parking zone expecting to see clothing on a hoist as they repaired them. :) Notice how long the phone number is. This number is for a cell phone and they have so many cell phones they have had to add a number.
This is how some Koreans make their living. They have these carts that look like hand carts and they go around collecting cardboard and other items to recycle. The older gentlemen sitting down belongs to this cart. I believe he is reading
.Parking is a problem and so people will park anyplace they feel like. For example this truck is parked in the instersection in front of our apartment.
